On March 31st to Friday 2nd April 2015 the library conducted an outreach program. The program targeting members of the School of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences and School of Pure and Applied Sciences aiming at achieving the following objectives
- Promotion of library electronic resources especially the newly added ones including distributing brochures
- Conducting user training among members on user access showcasing the different features entailed in the databases
- To enhance the registration of members to library systems (databases)
The sessions covered the background information of TEEAL (The Essential Electronic Agricultural Library), installation and hands-on practical activity on access of Teeal database including the new added features.
